Determinants of Teachers’ Continuance Intention to Adopt Virtual Learning Environment within Malaysian Schools

The adoption of virtual learning environment (VLE) has started to gain serious attention worldwide including Malaysia, where its usage during the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak become a necessity. Nevertheless, extent which teachers have adopted VLE and factors are most influencing continuance intention adopt post remain ambiguous. objective this conceptual study is provide framework in investigating that influence among teacher Malaysian school. This overviews several important variables may from three contexts (technology, organization environment) include relative advantage, compatibility. observability, technological infrastructure, school support, technical support government support. Finally, can improve understanding about encourage or hinder enhance education quality for societal change.
